Dr. Fenner is an Assistant Professor of Engineering specializing in electrical engineering at Loyola. She is also the Director of the African and African American Studies Interdisciplinary Minor.

Her research interests include electromagnetic materials characterization, reconfigurable antenna design, and innovations in engineering education.
